Storyboard Description

Scenario 2: A student asks how they should write the thesis of their essay. You should: a) Inquire about their topic and help them think of relevent ideas b) Help them write the first half of their thesis, and ask them to complete the second half of their thesis on their own time (but offer to make a follow up appointment so that you can review their thesis again in its entirety) c) Encourage them to come up with a couple of potential thesis statements, and then let them know which one is the strongest according to the principles outlined in a Sheridan-approved handout D) Illustrate what constitutes a strong thesis using a simple generic example
