PATTIMURA ATTACK THE DUTCH FORTRESS
On 16 May 1817, I led hundreds of well-armed Moluccans to attack the Dutch Fortress Duurstede on the Island of Saparua Maluku.
We succeeded in killing the leader of the Dutch troops, Van Den Berg.

Finally We have arrested Pattimura and sentence him to execution on 16 December 1817 in Fort Victoria, Ambon.
Pattimura is a brave person, because he dared to fight the Dutch army for defending people of Maluku from forced labour.
