All teachers at GMS and RHHS give homework. I get different homework each day. I write my homework in my planner so I know what to do and when it has to be given to the teacher.
Sometimes homework is done on the the computer, sometimes we have to read, write or draw. I should try and do the hardest homework first during On Team so I can get help.
When I get home from school I need to check my agenda to see what homework still needs to be completed. If I have something else to do first, I can decide what time I will do my homework to make sure it gets done.
It is okay when I don't like having to do homework and want to do something else instead. Many students feel that way too. I can try to do the best I can and do a good job because my teachers will expect it to be done no matter how I feel about it!
Some homework needs to printed out. If I can't print at home, I need to send the assignment to Google Secure Print and print it out in the library during homeroom the next day. Other assignments need to be submitted in Google Classroom. I need to put completed worksheets in the correct spot in my binder.
When I have done my homework, I can play on the computer, relax or watch something on TV. Then I will enjoy knowing that my homework is done. My teachers and parents will also be happy!
