Did I spend the whole night out here?
Why wont they answer?
The film will open with an establishing long shot of the setting which will be the streets. The shot will then change to a medium long shot with the main character wakes up on the streets and doesn't remember why or how he got their.
Continuing with the same shot, he questions himself as to why he is on the streets. As the character gets up the camera will follow him as he walks off and tries to find someone but cant. He wonders why there is no one around.
He calls his mum on the phone to find out where she is and if she knows why he woke up outside. No one answers his phone calls and he then becomes scared and panics about where everyone is.
He then goes walking around the streets going into different shops looking for someone to help him but soon realises that there is no one around. A long shot will be used for this scene to show how the shop is empty and there is no one around.
He takes time to think about what is happening and comes to the realisation that he may be the only person left on the planet. For this scene a medium shot would be used so that the viewers are able to see both the background and the characters expressions.
In the last scene he realises that he is alone and sits down to think about what he should do. The shot that is being used for this is going to be a medium shot and will then turn into a close up shot of his face. The camera will then zoom out to a longshot as he walks away and tries to find other people. Then it will fade out to black and finish.
