Sam and a friend are spending Eastern holidays in Platja for the first time. On the way to the beach, they pass by Jean's bakery and decide to walk in for breakfast.
Business info & perk
After attending them, Jean tells them about Love Local, a local initiative he's running to help tourists discover local places and get perks. He asks them if they want to participate and get early access.
Visit to local shop
Sam and friend agree. Jean creates a unique QR code and ask them to scan it with their phone to access the list of shops they can benefit from.
Redeem & track perk
While chilling at the beach, Sam and friend check Love Local app. Tapping on a shop from the list, they access info about the local business unique selling point, the perk they offer and directions to get there. Before making a decision, Sam checks the shop's review on Google to check what people say about them.
They decide to go to the Clothes shop to buy some gifts for their love ones. After browsing, they take some t-shirts to the till to purchase. Sam shows the shop assistant his Love Local Perk for this shop, on his phone.
The shop assistant taps Sam's ID in app, and Sam gets 15% off the t-shirts he buys. After leaving the store, Sam, happy with the experience taps the "Review on Google" in the app, encouraging others to visit and talking about the perks in Love Local.
