Storyboard Text

  • OK class today we're going to discuss climate change
  • whats climate change?
  • climate change is the change in an areas normal weather patterns
  • why do we need to learn about this, it's not like its affecting us?
  • You're very wrong mister! climate change is affecting us as we speak.
  • this is Ashley reporting from cnn, this just in scientist say the world is about to heat up fast. it's finally happened the ozone layer is completely gone. pollution has won, i hope civilization can survive what's in store.
  • well students did you hear the news yesterday
  • yes but what does it mean
  • it means that the climate of the whole world is about to get hot, so hot that no ice will remain once the heat hits, there probably won't be any rain either so bye bye plants and animals
  • it has been about 20 years since the Great Heat came. We lost so much, the polar caps went first their animals followed (polar bears, penguins, wolves) once they melted the waters rose and flooded almost 80% of the Earth.
  • Of the places that survived we lost plants because our water evaporated so the plants died and with no plants our animals died... some of us resorted to cannibalism and the way we lived diminished and still is
