Napoleon Napoleon is the leader of Animal Farm after the Rebellion took place. He always had a small army of nine vicious attack dogs on his side protecting him. He often became hungry for power and changed the rules regularly.
Josef Stalin Stalin was a powerful man at his time. After Stalin was in command, he was trying to strengthen the communists idea. Josef Stalin died on the 5th of March 1953.
Snowball Snowball is a pig that was always against the ideas of Napoleon.He also wanted to have full control over animal farm which later lead Napoleon to kick Snowball off the farm.
Leon Trotsky Trotsky was a commissar of war in the Soviet Government.He was exiled several times to Siberia but he still tried to take control of the Union. 20th of August 1940 he was assassinated.
Mr Jones A heavy alcoholic farmer who misuses power by not feeding his animals while he indulges. He later gets kicked off his farm by the animals.
Tsar Nicolas II Tsar was the last emperor of Russia. Eventually he was overthrown by Russia,where they rebelled against the Government.
Old Major The Old Major was the first animal to begin the idea for the Rebellion against humankind.Sadly the Old Major died before he could see the Rebellion fully start.
Karl Marx Karl Marx was the founder of Marxism. This theory latter led to such ideas as Leninism and many others. His very theory led to hundreds of people dying by the Soviet Union. Karl Marx died on the 14th of March 1883.
Napoleon's Dog Squad Napoleon decided to have a a military force when the farm divided themselves from Napoleon to Snowball.They both carried around guard dogs.
KLB The Soviet Union organised a police force that controlled the people to stay dedicated and loyal. They made this special police force, so the Union was more reliable and no body was rebelling.
Farm Animals The minor farm animals that are not involved with the leadership and the running of the farm, are the ones that suffer the most. They suffer because they produce all of the produce, get hard labour and don't get fed what they need to be fed. They are regarded as the lower class in the farm.
The Soviet Proletariat. The Soviet Proletariat was always looked down to as the lower class of people. They where very intimidated by the higher class and the police. Hundreds of lower class people took their life due to unfair treatment.
