How is Gendut different from other bread? We hired a bread expert to do a blind bread tasting (like blind wine tasting, blindfold or no?).
This bread is dry. Medium acidity. I can taste a bit of oak- no... tobacco. From a cold climate. This is Gardenia from 7-Eleven. (Basically merepek macam wine tasting. 1st 2 will be similar)
This bread is... (Stunned) it... I feel... I can taste... like when I was a child... and my mom made me my favorite dish... I can feel her hugging me. Kissing my forehead and telling me everything is going to be ok.
Here in TTDI, special care is taken to make the best bread (bahasa bunga skit, use still image of Mal baking and use Ken Burns effect?)
