It was the night before Christmas, and at the Powney household, everything was peaceful
Oh no! Oh no! What will I do now?
Jim was sleeping and Shirley was reading, and the feel of Christmas was in the air.
Suddenly there was thumpity thumpy thump that came from up on the roof, much too loud to be the snow or wind
So they went outside to investigate
Hello? Is there something there?
Jim grabbed a ladder to go up on the roof, wanting to find out what was up there.
And he couldn't believe his eyes.
