Jimmy and Sarah Jay had Suzie Jay in Joplin Mo. They were both storm chasers following in their parents footsteps.
They took Suzie with them while on their storm chases especially chasing tornadoes. Suzie loved watching her parents in action and wanted to do the same thing when she was older.
"The old folks were hummin', Their banjos were strummin' "
For Suzie's 16th birthday her parents got her a blue bird that she of course named Blue. Blue is her best friend.
2 years later...Suzie's parents were chasing a tornado and got to close and their car flipped killing them instantly. Suzie was devastated and decided from that day on that she was going to live out their legacy by continuing their lives work as a storm chaser.
Suzie Jay and Blue went chasing tornadoes anytime they were on their radar. One day they got a major storm warning on their equipment telling them that there was a huge tornado in St. Louis Mo. So they packed up and immediately went that direction.
Suzie Jay and her partner Blue were top notch storm chasers chasing the wild tornado when it decided take a turn straight for them. They ran as fast as they could away but were too slow and were caught up in the tornado along with a man playing the Missouri waltz on the side of the road.
