  • A muscle stain is what we also call a pulled muscle and it is when there is a stretching or tearing of a muscle or a tendon connecting to the bone which is called a tendon.
  • Well, you have a strained your hamstring and you'll need this compression sleeve during recovery.

  • Muscle strains are caused by fatigue, overuse, improper use of the muscle or when the muscle is challenged with a sudden load.

  • Symptoms of muscle stains include pain or tenderness, redness or bruising, limited motion, muscle spasms, swelling and muscle weakness.

  • Treatments for strained muscles include self-care such as heating pads, the acronym RICE which stands for rest, ice, compression, and elevation, as well as physical exercise. There are also therapy treatments such as chiropractic treatment, massage, and acupuncture. There could be medications such as nonsteroidal drugs and anapestic. The last type of treatment is devices such as elastic bandages or splints
