Malala's father wrote a letter to the newspaper against the Taliban. He was speaking for the kids in his school and he was sacrificing his own life. Malala's dad was thinking about his students before himself .
Malala thinks "what have I done wrong that i should be afraid? All I want to do is go to school." Malala is thinking deeply about the problem she is involved in and how she can stop it.
Malala decides to take matters into her own hands. She knew that the Taliban were completely against everything that she believed in. Instead of cowering in fear, she decides to speak out.
