  • Hey guys! First day on the IU diet program!  It's a really popular diet famous for quick weight loss! We're trying to lose some weight, let's see how this works out!
  • It's been just 2 days now and I've already lost 4 pounds! There are only a few days left in the week, let's see how much more we can lose! 
  • I feel so sick... and so tired... I can't do anything because I've barely eaten.  I've lost 14 pounds this week. 
  • That diet does NOT make you fit; it does the opposite by depriving you of your needed nutrients. 
  • Eating an adequate amount of healthy foods and exercising for at least 60 minutes a day will keep you healthy and living well.
