  • I have GAD and want to find out more about it and how it affects people like me.
  • What do they need?
  • I'm looking for information based on facts, not opinions, but I need to be able to understand it.
  • This is Jack.
  • What are they looking for?
  • I also know that research is constantly produced, and I want to know the latest information.
  • Jack has been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and want to learn more about it.
  • How would they usually solve the problem, and why won't that work?
  • My school library is great, but it doesn't really have what I'm looking for.
  • He wants reliable factual information, but he is worried he won't understand scientific journal articles.
  • What is their technical skill level or subject matter expertise?
  • Can you help me?
  • Jack also wants to keep up-to-date with the more recent information.
  • He knows how to use a database to find journal articles by and for researchers and professionals, but he wants something different.
