- Proposed Health Policy: Educate middle and high school students better about violence and safety. Enforce gun control but less harshly to avoid a shootout, or the death of citizens. Train police to stay more calm and to only shoot when needed in situations, so relations between citizens and police is less tense, negative, or hostile.
