Henry's father's business, "Trouve" was a sole trader. This hardware store was very successful in the town.
After his father retired a multinational company called TM arrived to his town, which lead Trouve to its liquidation.
After his company went broke, Henry applied for a job at TM. He became manager of the hardware section. The negative part was that he only had the title but not the power. Every day going to work after an endless night he drives in the car and wonders when he will get a Job Promotion.
TM main focus is it´s mission statement, with this it uses it´s culture and the promotions it has in order to give the lowest prices in the market. Being a Multinational company and public limited company the most important thing for them is the profit.
The Finances of the company are so shocking!!
I cannot do this anymore I hate being paid a minimum wage and the way the company treat us the centralized approach to human resource management. IT IS HORRIBLE
It is important to understand that TM has used internal growth every time. The time that it tried to grow externally through franchising but this was unsuccessful. For this reason it open stores in other parts of France.
I am so tired of this autocratic leadership. I cannot believe they will not let me talk to my fellow employes. I so do not agree this system this is why I will not accuse you of vandalism.
We do not agree this treatment. every family pays over 5000 a year in TM and they can not even pay us a good salary.
