Storyboard Text

  • The son decides to leave his home and head for the city, where he focuses on the more pleasurable parts of life.
  • Of course not son! Take it!
  • Hello father! Would you mind giving me a share of your estate?
  • Okay, cool!
  • I can’t believe I squandered all of my money! Now I have no where to stay and nothing to eat. It’s so dark and cold, but I can’t go back home. Then I will have to face the disappointment of my father.
  • Hours later....
  • Really? Thank you!
  • I couldn’t help but hear you talking to yourself. There is a job open at my store if you would like to work there.
  • Do you sell socks here?
  • After several days at his new job....
  • Hello. How may I help you?
  • I can’t do this.
  • The son quits his job and leaves the store immediately. He knows he has to go and see his father, so he departs to his home.
  • Father! I’m so sorry! I have wasted all your money and sinned against you! Please take me back into your home! Treat me as you would treat our butler Murray.
  • Son! I’ve been waiting for you’re return! I’m so happy to see you home at last! Come and we shall have a party to celebrate!
  • Father! How could you forgive my bother and throw him a party when I have been here loyally by your side, helping you manage the estate?
  • Your bother has asked for forgiveness and is truly sorry for his actions. I will always love my children. I will never turn you away if you decide to come back to me.
