Jimmy is a 14 year old boy struggling to take control of his weight due to "empty calorie foods and drinks" and consuming lots of foods and drinks containing saturated fats inside of them. Such as sodas and other sugary drinks and having only the bare minimum amount of water everyday.
Jimmy's doctors tell him that his rapid weight gain is from foods and drinks containing high calories and fats, jimmy's doctor perscibes his with eating and drinking better to follow dietary guidelines.
Jimmy is now aware of what he is putting into his body and how its effecting him and his lifestyle. Now that he cares enough about his health he knows when to stop eating, what he should eat in order to get the most nutrients out of it and how water is great not only for your body inside but how it does wonders for you on the outside!
