  • Butterfly App will provide the most common mental health screening survey/questionnaires (for depression and anxiety) to help Eileen understand if her self-report score might indicate she is dealing with some mental health challenges. This will also establish a baseline to measure her progress
  • I am feeling exhausted and it is really hard to get up every morning, I wonder if I might be suffering from some mental health issue.
  • The Butterfly Apps will give you a toppling reference to interpret the survey scores. Besides, it will also shows the links to the official website for these surveys for better understanding
  • Now I am done with the survey/questionnaire, what does this score means for me?
  • The Butterfly App would curate relevant information on next steps in general (for all the users) and also specific guide based on your survey score. So she can choose what might be the best options for her.
  • It seems I might be suffer from mild depression, what are the resources out there that I can look for help? Where can I know more about it?
  • Butterfly Apps will provide several basic programs (program I to 5) developed by subject experts to treat depression, anxiety in a highly user-friendly UI. User would have the flexibility to choose their own program (which program they do 1st and how often they want to do it). We will also implement the incentive feature that are tailored toward each individual.
  • I can go talk to my parents, my teacher or school counselor, but what if I don't want this to go public, so I don't have to embarrass my family? what if I have some a tool that would allow me to access it whenever I need and want without other people knowing.
  • Butterfly App would provide a reminder for you if you forget to do your program before the preset time. it will also reward you based your choose reward system (can be points for food chain, gym, etc). If you don't like a particular program and exit before you finish them, you can also provide feedback and finish it later when you have more time and more energy.
  • I might get really excited when i first started the app, but it takes energy and time to finish the exercise, what if I forget to do the program? what if I don't like the program? what can I get out of finishing the program on-time?
  • Butterfly Apps will also allow you to preset a frequency that you would like to take a survey again to see if your scores have been improved as a quantifiable way to track my progress. The Apps will give you a reminder to take the survey again and keep the score so you can see your self-reported mood history. Or you can also choose to take the survey questions again even if you are due to take the questionnaire yet.
  • Now I have been working on the programs for 2 weeks and also took some other therapy. I do feel a little better and less exhausted, how do I know if I made any progress? how can I keep track of them?
