  • I have so many activities and seem to never get sleep. I need to find an easy way to time manage my time better.
  • Access 
  • Get home earlier Make a Schedule Get a Planner  Set a time to go to bed
  • Practice x2
  • I'm all done with my homework now off to bed! 
  • Marissa identified that she is not getting enough sleep because of all the activities she does, she wants to work on better sleep.
  •  Explain 
  • Marissa looked ways up to get better sleep and ways to time manage herself better. She wants to get more sleep so she can focus more.
  • Assess 
  • I now get home early I finish my homework on time and can get more sleep so Im not tired.  My schedule now time managed well 
  • Besides getting home earlier. Marissa is going to spend more time winding down at night after doing homework.
  • Reflect
  •   Marissa's parents and friends supported her new behavior change and loved having a less stressed daughter, they now remind her to think about how she's managing her time. 
  • After almost a year, Marissa now starts to feel less stressed and feels the benefits of having better time managing skills.
  • Marissa now reflects on her behavior change.
