Today we will be talking about Cobalamin, also known as Vitamin B12.
B12 keeps nerves and blood cells healthy, and it helps make DNA. It can prevent megoplastic anemia which causes you to be tired and weak.
How much does an average human need?
Adults and teenagers need 2.4-2.8 mcg while kids need 0.4-1.8mcg
Vitamin B12 is found in Beef liver, clams, dairy products such as milk, eggs, and cheese, fish, meat, and some fortified, processed food.

If you don't get enough, it can cause anemia, fatigue, and poor balance.
If you get too much, it can cause heart disease or rapidly increase energy!
