Hello! I'm your host Jane Caldwell from the Inquiring Macedonians. Today, we are going to be visiting the death bed of a great hero, Alexander the Great. This may actually be his final words, so we are very fortunate to have a peek into his life.
I feel like my greatest accomplishments were taking over the Persian Empire, and earning the land. It was what my father always wanted to do before he died...
Hello Alexander! Today we would like to ask you a few questions. First up, I would like to know what accomplishments do you feel you are most proud of?
I regret my father... COUGH dying without me there, I mean I could've done something, but I couldn't. I also revere at the fact that I am lying here, I had so much to live for, but...COUGH!
Oh, those are some great accomplishments! On a different note, what are some things you regret in your life?
The strongest. COUGH!
Ice melts when heated! Eyes melt when hated!
I am very sorry, so who will be your new general?
I was also wondering you know...what your last...Alexander?
Sadly, Alexander the Great passed from his horrible Malaria on June 10, 323 B.C.E. His funeral was just held, it was quite devastating to see a great hero put at rest. Well, thank you for coming to this humbling experience with our amazing hero! I'm Jane Caldwell and I'll see you next time!
