Hey, There I'm a school principal! I have 5 electrical safety rules that you should know if you had this job.
Rule no. 1 always put a sign on a broken machine saying it doesn't work or else a student/teacher might get electrocuted if they try to use it. It should look something like this:
Out of order do NOT use!
Rule no. 2 Make sure that nobody is using any machine that belongs to the school with wet hands.
Rule no. 3 Don't let a student bend, pull, or chew on wires because if the wire breaks while it's plugged in then someone can get electrocuted
Rule no. 4 do not let anybody leave any electrical things that can catch on fire (like a microwave) turned on without anybody there to watch it
And finally, rule no. 5 don't let students use wires, switches, machines that haven't been given permission to use.
