Storyboard Text

  • Lamb to the Slaughter by: Ronald Dohl
  • Would you like me to get you anything to eat or drink?
  • No, I do not need anything. As a matter of a fact I had an affair
  • Oh no, I killed my husband
  • I need to cover this up to protect my baby. I will go to the store and act normal. I will buy peas and potatoes
  • I hope you enjoy your meal with your husband
  • Hi, may I get peas and potatoes. Patrick and I are staying in tonight. I'm going to prepare him a meal.
  • It's okay. You have all been working so hard. You should take a break. There is a lamb leg in the oven cooking. It'd be a shame to have it go to waste. I know Patrick would want you to enjoy it.
  • We have a feeling your husband must've got hit with something metal. The weapon must be around the premises. We will keep looking.
  • I know the weapon has to be around here. It could be under our noses.
  • We shouldn't finish all the meat. We should save her some and keep searching around.
  • She told us to finish the meat because it would all just go to waste. We'll continue to search for the weapon afterwards.
  • This meat is really good
