Storyboard Text

  • Hurry up, We are going to be late for the airport!
  • 'Mr. Eugene Foster, who was nearly seventy years old lived with his wife in a large six-story house in New York City' The home they lived in was beautiful, located in new york city!
  • 'Mr Foster may possibly have had a right to be irritated by this foolishness of his wife's, but he could have had no excuse for increasing her misery by keeping her waiting unnecessarily' Mrs foster started getting very mad with her husband, she liked being on time and he was slowing her down!
  • Mrs. Foster hurried outside and got into the hired Cadillac. Her husband came after her, but he walked down the steps of the house slowly, pausing halfway to observe the sky and to sniff the cold morning air. After Mrs. Foster went back to the apartment to see where her husband was, she gave up. She heard nothing from him so she just went on her way to the airport.
  •  "She met her grandchildren, and they were even more beautiful in the flesh than in their photographs. They were like angels, she told herself, so beautiful they were. And every day she took them for walks, and fed them cakes, and bought them presents, and told them charming stories" She finally met her grandchildren and spent some time with them, every day that she was there she bought them many things and did many things with them.
  • "The first thing she saw as she entered was a great pile of mail lying on the floor where it had fallen after being slipped through the letterbox. The place was dark and cold. A dust sheet was still draped over the grandfather clock" She finally returned back to her home in new york, just to not find her husband there and a broken lift. someone was coming to fix the lift so it would work again. she checked the house and she couldn't find her husband anywhere.
  • "Could you send someone round as soon as possible, do you think? Yes, it seems to be stuck between the second and third floors. At least, that's where the indicator's pointing...Right away? Oh, that's very kind of you. You see, my legs aren't any too good for walking up a lot of stairs. " The lift was broken because her husband got stuck between levels and died. That's why she couldn't find him.
