  • Woman in the war 
  • The Battle of Yorktown
  • Native American in the War
  •  During the war many women helped spy for their respective side.  In addition, they,  brought food and clothing to soldiers in need.
  • Africans in the War
  • The Battle of Yorktown was the most important battle of the Revolutionary war.   It was fought because America wanted to take the land away from the British that were stationed there. 
  • Weapon Tactics and Military Life
  • Native Americans in the war caused quite a situation as some supported British army and some supported Americans.  In case of victory  both the British and Americans promised protections to the Native Americans.  Many natives believed that the Americans were on their side.
  • The Battle of Saratoga
  • Like the Natives, Africans  slaves chose between the British or Americans.  Both sides promised freedom to all African slaves after the war.  The British and Americans were in fear of African Slaves starting a rebellion.
  • Bayonets were very popular during the war . they were mostly used by the British since the Americans could not afford them.they were used for stabbing and were but on top if guns as a weapon to scare.
  • This battle was fought because the Americans failed to invade Canada.  The Battle was the result of America getting more opportunities for having partners to help them out such as the French.
