  • Take Resting Heart Rate
  • Recording our results
  • Exercise! 
  • To begin our experiment we will take our resting heart rate! Take your pulse and count how many beats you feel in 60 seconds. 
  • Take and Record Heart Rate
  • Record your results on your recording sheet, you will need this data to graph later!
  • Repeat !
  • After your resting rate is recorded we will do an exercise listed on the board for 1 or 2 minutes. Find a big enough space and begin when the teacher tells you!
  • Make a Graph!
  • After the timer goes off, start to find you pulse and count the amount of beats you feel in 10 seconds. After you have found your number multiply by 6 and record it on your sheet,
  • After recording and multiplying by 6, get ready to do another exercise and record your heart rate gain!
  • After collecting all the data you will, plot the data points on a line graph!
