  • Hey Mum, I have been feeling really upset lately but I was to embarrassed to tell you.
  • I think I have an anxiety disorder.
  • Don't be embarrassed to tell me I am your Mum. What makes you think you have an anxiety disorder.
  • Well I have been feeling very sad, nervous, shaky, sweaty and lots of headaches.
  • We should go to a psychologist.
  • If that doesn't work you can get psychological therapy or physical therapy to help you out.
  • Yeah sure. Here are some things to do at home to help: get lots of exercise, eat healthy, get lots of sleep and do yoga.
  • Ok, thank you.
  • Hi, can you help me with my anxiety disorder.
  • Thanks Mum for helping me out and understanding my problem.
  • It's ok that's what I am here for.
