Storyboard Text

  • The Seagull Incident
  • Jack! Don't do this! Turn around! Go home! Leave...leave...leave...
  • The Two Elders
  • Crackstone's Landing
  • Where are you heading to?
  • Oh, dear. There are many stories about that place.
  • The Red-Haired Girl
  • As Jack was looking at the ocean, a seagull lands right next to him. The seagull starts to scream. Jack heard the seagull say, "Jack! Don't do this! Turn around! Go home! Leave...leave...leave..."
  • The Hulking Black Monster
  • Jack is speaking to two elderly people.  Both the man and woman tell Jack about what they've heard about Crackstone's landing. Jack is a little freaked out by the things they told him.
  • Miles and Flora
  • Hey, kids, what's up?
  • We're very well, thank you, and you?
  • Miles and Flora, this is Jack.
  • After speaking to the elders, Jack goes out to get some fresh air. He then sees a red-haired girl at the edge of the railing, crying. He was not sure why she was upset. He had seen her playing with a man earlier. Jack then thought she was upset because she may have lost or maybe it was something deeper than that.
  • Lucy
  • When Jack and Mrs. Gross got to the house, he had a strange feeling. His hairs on his neck and arms rose. He says that the house seemed like a hulking black monster.
  • Mrs. Gross introduces Miles and Flora to Jack. He explains to Sophie, his girlfriend, that Miles and Flora are quiet and like miniature, polite grown ups.
  • One night, Jack wakes up and sees a girl standing by his bed. Her name was Lucy. Jack tells Sophie about her and she claims that something is wrong. Sophie says that he is in love with a ghost. She tells him that he should come back.
