Storyboard Text

  • Yes, but i didn't see anything wrong, and I heard every syllable they said.
  • Did you see her and Cassio together?
  • I'm your wife, your true and loyal wife.
  • Go ahead, swear to that, so you'll be damned to hell for lying.
  • Am I that name, Iago?
  • What's the matter, lady?
  • He called her a whore so many times.
  • Emilia is explaining to Othello that she was with Desdemona and Cassio the entire time they were together and she did not leave the room once. She knows Desdemona is faithful to him.
  • How are you Roderigo?
  • I don't think you're treating me fairly.
  • Desdemona wants to know why Othello is being so mean to her and why he is so furious. Othello explains that she is as faithful as flies in rotting meat, which give birth to maggots every time the wind blows.
  • Venice has made Cassio governor here on Cyprus.
  • Is that true?
  • Emilia is explaining to Iago how Othello is treating her and how he has called her a whore plenty of times. Emilia thinks somebody made up this rumor to get position. That person was Iago.
  • If you want to help yourself. He's having dinner tonight with a prostitute.
  • I want to hear more about this.
  • Roderigo is figuring out that Iago is not being truthful with him and that he has no jewels or money left because he stole it. Roderigo is going to go tell Desdemonda how he feels.
  • As Roderigo is walking away Iago thinks of a new plan. Venice has made Cassio governor of Cyrus. To keep Othello and Desdemona here longer Roderigo is sent to kill Cassio by Iago.
  • Roderigo is intrigued by Iago's idea and he says it must happen tonight at dinner when Cassio is having dinner with the prostitute Bianca.
