At The Boston Massacre colonists armed with sticks and rocks were fired on by British soldier soldiers who felt threatened. Paul Revere created one of the biggest pieces of war propaganda based on this event.
At the battle of lexington and concord British soldiers walked many miles to find the colonists weapon stash. After finding nothing the soldiers were fired on during their harsh walk home.
THe battle of bunker hill although mostly fought on breeds hill close battle colonists lost because they ran out of ammo. Showed the British the colonists had potential.
