  • Welcome to the Periodic table! Now that you are here let me tell you about the history of it! Come along for the field trip!
  • Come on in! Our first stop is the discovery of the atomic number!
  • The atomic number was discovered right here! Mosley discovered the atomic number of each element using X-rays, which led to a more accurate organization of the periodic table
  • Next stop! We are at the lab where Mendeleev discovered the periodic law! Also, where Mendeleev introduced the formulation of the periodic table of elements!
  • Our final stop! We are at the place where Lavoisier discovered the role oxygen plays in combustion. He named Oxygen (1778) and Hydrogen (1783)
