I think I could definitely try that. I could have set a reminder to go off 10 minutes before my wife got home to ask her how the presentation went. It would also help me remember things I need to do daily, such as taking my medication. My wife gets nervous that I'll forget I already took it, and take it again.
I know of a tool that can help with that. I would recommend a MedMinder pill dispenser because it's designed with compartments that dispense which medications you need to take at specific times. It then locks the rest of the compartments to prevent you from taking the pills again. I can provide handouts for anyone to take home with more information.
That would really reassure my wife and children, they get so worried about me.
I'll definitely take a flyer to show my husband!
Great! I'm glad to hear how you're all eager to make these lifestyle changes which will benefit you and your loved ones. I am confident that each of you are capable of taking small steps that will benefit the management of short-term memory loss you may experience.
I'll set a reminder in my phone right now to remind my husband about the MedMinder pill dispenser!
That's quite the tongue twister!
That's all for today everyone, I look forward to hearing how each of you implement these changes into your daily lives. Thank you all for coming!
