When I was 5 years old he introduced me into basketball, first he told me that he was going to teach me how to play.

First he taught me on how to shoot the ball. I had to keep my elbows in, keep my feet straight and bend my knees before I follow through.

Second he told me how to dribble the basketball by saying keep your palms on the top of the ball and to dribble with my fingertips. He also made me squat in a chair motion to help me get my legs stronger.

After that he told me that their are 3 passes in basketball : overhead pass, bounce pass, and chest pass. He made me practice those passes for over 30 minutes.
After we came from the gym, he took me to the track so I could get use to dribbling the ball while getting some cardio in at he same time
After that he made me run 5 sprints to end the day.
