  • George Washington and Burgoyne's New Plan
  • My new plan is to find a new route to attack George Washington's army, but it's going to take a lot of building and weapon supply to do this.
  • My new plan is to tell Congress that we are going to be avoiding large battles and hopefully this plan will tire the British out.
  • A Turning Point
  • Yes Sir General Burgoyne!!!!!!!!!
  • Captain the rebels
  • We may be outnumbered ,but we can still fight. ATTACKKKK!!!
  • Burgoyne Surrenders
  • I accept defeat. My army and I surrender!!
  • George Washington and Burgoyne both had new strategies to attack but Burgoyne's was a little hard to follow with all of his weapon supply and building new routes. But on the other hand Washington's plan was really simple and way easier than his opponent.
  • Burgoyne and his army finally reach Saratoga Springs on the Hudson river but all they see are the rebels and militia men surrounding them, but Burgoyne continues and orders his men to attack anyway, knowing they were outnumbered.
  • The rebels are beating the Burgoyne's army and by October 17,1777 he surrenders. This win made a big turning point in the Revolutionary war because America has shown that they could stand up and defeat the British. And with their French and Spain ally's help they did it.
