Social wellness is the ability to understand and meet the needs of other people. It is also the ability to interact with others. Having strong social wellness can open the door to many opportunities that you might've not had otherwise. A big part of social wellness is to take good care of yourself (see 'how to make your own at home spa day' on page 3), being nonjudgmental, and being a good friend.
Mental wellness is usually to described as being comfortable about what it is going on on your surroundings, people around you, and yourself. Stress is a huge part of your mental wellness. There are many ways that you can handle stress, but some ways are to focus on what matters most, make sure your priorities are in place, and create a plan to help manage your time. Taking a self care day will usually help too! (see 'how to make your own at home spa day' on page 3)
To make your own at home spa day, all you need is to put on a face mask, take a warm bath, and relax. You may want to turn on a TV show, or read a nice book. Doing these things will help you relax. It will help you with both your mental, and social wellness. (see pages 1 and 2).
