Sixth Debate: Quincy, Illinois. October 13th, 1858
Let me go back in time and change everything I have previously said. I want to say that I believe that slavery is morally wrong, and that Republicans can attack territories if the constitution allows it.
Slavery is not good nor bad, but towns or cities should decide if they allow slavery or not.
Seventh Debate: Alton, Illinois. October 15th, 1858
