Driven by a heavy thunderstorm, the elephant sought shelter in the man's hut.
The elephant was allowed partial admission, but eventually, he evicted the man from his hut and took full possession of the hut, justifying his actions by saying he (the human) can afford to stay in the rain but he (the elephant) can't.
A dispute ensued between the two so the King of the Jungle appointed a Commission of Inquiry, putting only animals on it. The man asked that a human (his kind) also be put on it. The commission ruled that the man will build another hut and they will protect him.
The man goes and builds a hut.
He builds himself a hut but Ms. Flamingo comes and occupies it. The commission comes to the same conclusion again and one by one the other animals of the commission occupied the huts he built.
