In chapter six, Lennie is first found hiding behind brush near a green lake.
Lennie starts imagining things, the first thing he imagined was this Aunt Clara. Clara was yelling at him because he always messes things up.
You never listen to George and you're always messing things up!!!!
The next and final thing that Linnie imagines is a big white rabbit. The rabbit is mad at him and because his is always doing something to mess George up.
You are always messing things up with George, your're a crazy bastard, he'll never let you tend to the rabbits now.
All of a sudden, George pops us quietly. Unlike the rest of the story, George doesn't yell at Lennie for what he did. Lennie insists on going to a cave and to never be seen again but George tells him to stay, this makes Lennie feel comforted.
Oh George, i'm so sorry, i'll go to a cave and never come back, i'll be out of your way forever.
It's okay Lennie, don't be sorry, I understand.
Lennie changed the subject and asked George to tell him the story about the farm. George explains to Lennie that people drift away and that they don't have to worry about that because they have each other.
George, can you tell me about the farm t and about how you are going to let me tend to all the fuffly rabbits as long as you don't hurt them.
We sure enough will get a farm and you will definitely get to take care of the rabbits.
Soon George starts hearing people in the woods, as Lennie carries on the conversation about tending to the rabbits and getting a place George tells him to turn around and look at the lake, he then shoots Lennie in the back of the head.
Of course Lennie, now do me a favor and look at the lake.
Oh all the rabbits I will have to pet and the nice big farm we will get.
