Revolutionary Period 1750-1800 The age of Reason/Enlightenment. The Revolutionary Era was about gathering support for the Revolutionary war by instilling pride and patriotism in American citizens. Americans did not like the taxes on Britain so they revolted. The Boston Massacre happened. The Boston Tea Party. The Revolution begins with fighting. The printing press.
