SOUND: Non-diegetic sound(a little creepy), no dialogue or sound from people. ACTION: People turning lights off in a few apartments. Activity in the windows. someone smoking on the side walk while a few people walk by.

  • VISUAL: Medium shot Camera angle: Eye-level SOUND: Non-diegetic sound continues playing(same as last scene but softer) dialogue begins as Jeffries narration begins. ACTION: Jeffries is describing how he is watching the people in the windows as the camera shows the windows closer with people doing their daily activities.
