  • The Golden Years were 20 years after the Indian Removal. 
  • The 5 Tribes improved their economies by practicing cotton plataions and farming/ranching. 
  • Each tribe had established governments. 
  • The 5 Tribes adaptded to the land and to the  new ways of life. 
  • The Indians had established schools, hospitals, and farms. 
  • These years were called the "Golden Years" because the 5 Tribes were getting their lives back after the Indian Removal.
