  • We can't have The Temperance Movement protesting continually, it's banana oil.
  • How do we solve this problem?
  • We need a run-around.
  • In Canada, the production, distrubutio, sale , or consumption of alcohol is now illegal.
  • Make the annoouncment that we, the Canadian Government, have put prohibition laws in place.

  • Ontario, Canada, 1922Rocco Perri, notorious Italian-born Canadian mob boss, is discussing bootlegging strategies with his employees.
  • Very few people knew about that rum-running route. Knowing that someone could be sharing private information, is anything but hotsy-totsy.
  • By the docks, following the meeting, Rocco speaks to his wife, Bessie Starkman, about Joe being pinched by the police and his suspicions.
  • Just have a torpedo always ready. Find out who the rat is and have them bumped off.
  • During a walk through town, Perri sees Domenic Scaroni, boss of the Scaroni crime family, walking through the street. These kinds of instances of rivaling mafias protecting territory is one of the reasons why organized crime rates skyrocketed.
