Larry Nassar, a former USA gymnastics doctor, was accused of sexually abusing his patients. More than 150 girls shared their stories of abuse from what should have been a trusted adult.
January 16, first day of trial.
Little girls don't stay little forever. They grow into strong women that return to destroy your world.
Kyle Stephens, the first girl to testify against Nassar, tells her side of the story.
By the third day of the trial, Judge Rosemarie Aquilina, reads a letter from Nassar stating he couldn't mentally handle listening to the victims statements. The judge quickly makes it clear that he will indeed listen to every single victim.
Many girls continue to line up to tell their story. The trial would last until January 24 after hearing 156 statements from those who were impacted by this.
At the end of the trial Judge Rosemarie came to the sentencing of 40 to 175 years in prison where Nassar pleaded guilty to 10 charges.
