  • Washington's Army had to Cross Over the River
  • Washington ordered his men to get boats.
  • Washington Crossed the River
  • George Washington and his men had to cross the Delaware river or else they would lose the war. They didn't have boats, though.
  • Washington had a Meeting at Dinner
  • Washington ordered his men to get the boats that belonged to another man. The man was stubborn and said that he would get the men but they went to get the boats any way.
  • Washington Gets Weapons for the Attack
  • Washington crossed the river with his men at night to prepare to attack against the Hessians in the morning.
  • Washington and His Men Attack the Hessians
  • Washington was having dinner when he asked to have a meeting with his men. It was then that he discussed how they would attack the Hessians.
  • Washington ordered a couple of his mean to "silence" a house of 6 or so Hessians so they could get weapons to fight them.
  • Washington and his men attacked the Hessians and won.
