  • I just took office!
  • I petitioned the supreme court for my job and money.
  • I got my commission I deserved thanks to the supreme court
  • we have voted and settled on giving you your money
  • we don't have the power to force the executive branch to do something
  • I never got my job back when my commission was given to me.
  • judicial review was just created by us, the power to declare that a law or decision is unconstitutional
  • I think that the supreme court has too much power, but I do accept the ruling giving marbury his commission
