Jessica comes from a poor family. To attend university, she had to apply for hardship scholarship. This cause her to feel different from the others and start to have low self esteem. Her classmates thought that she does not want to befriend them.
During group discussion, she does not interact well with her group mates because she dare not express her opinions. At the same time, she does not finish her work on time because she has to work part time.
It's okay. Try harder next time.
Good luck for your test.
You can do it!
You have did your best!
Her grades dropped because she did not manage to finish her work since she works as a part-timer outside. This results in her group mates boycotting her.
During her work time, she got scolded by her boss because of her attitude towards the customer due to the fact that she was exhausted. She starts to feel stress and pressured which took a toll on her mental health.
One day she received motivation letters by anonymous people. (It is her group mates.) This continued for days. She started to feel good about herself and decided to improve herself.
She managed her time better (lesson: time management) and her result improved eventually. She started to get along with her teammates (lesson: to work with others) because she did her work. Her mental health improved.
