In my opinion this scene is really important because this is when Montag mind gets open by Clarisse. By Clarisse asking him all this question and making him think on if he is happy on the actions that he does. Which gives Montag an awaking call that he isn't happy on how he is doing things and he wants to know the meaning of all his actions.
The New Journey
In this scene it show how Montag is starting to find why all the fireman do this. Its important because it show that he is terrified but that he is going to keep on to find what he wants. It also shows that Captain Beatty is finding out that he wants to change and that he has a books at his now.
This scene is very important because Montag gets all his anger and uses it to burn his chief and other fireman. This starts a new chapter in his life that he wants to have book in the world and he finds this other people that were into books, which he is going to make a place were books will be remade.
Happily Ever After
Montag knowing that the city that they were in is destroyed. He went on a journey with the new people that he found. In this journey he is looking for a new place like that he can start over and re-built homes and building. Also to have the start to know what books are.
After a month of them walking in the forest trying to survive all those nights. They found this beautiful city. Were they were all happy to start over. During the long journey Montag and one of the persons he was with fell in love. They were all happy to see the street they couldn't wait to have this new life to start.
They all went there separate ways but they stayed as friends. Montag finally had a kid with the person that he fell in love with. His little girls name was Clarisse like the person that showed him an amazing world. He became obsessed with books and showed his daughter how imporant books are and at that moment he felt happy for once.
