In this segment we will show on how to shoot a basketball from the free throw line with proper stance and grip with the ball.
First bend your knees and put your non-dominant hand at the side of the ball and with your dominant hand under the basketball.
Once you are into a proper stance and grip of the basketball, slowly release the ball from your hand by pulling yourself up from the force of your stance but do not jump.
slowly release the ball up into the air with your dominant hand being the main force of pushing and the non-dominant had being the guide and keeping the ball straight to avoid a slight move to either the right or left.
Follow through with B.E.E.F (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, and Follow through).
If the ball does not go into the basket, think of what you did wrong and correct them and retry.
