Storyboard Text

  • You will be schoolmaster, and undertake the teaching of the maid- That's your device.
  • It is. May it be done?
  • I have offered all, I have no more, and she can have no more than all I have. If you like me, she shall have me and mine.
  • I must confess your (Tranio) offer is best. And let your father make her the assurance, she is your own. Else , you must pardon me, if you should die before him, where's her dower?
  • Why, then the maid  is mine from all the world by your firm promise. Gremio is out -vied.
  • Should Katherine be your wife?
  • Ay, by gogs-woungs!
  • O, sir, I do, and will repute you ever the patron of my life and liberty
  • He (Vincentio) is my father sir, and sooth to say...somewhat doth resemble you... To save your life... this favour will I do you...that you are like to Sir Vincentio- His name and credit shall you undertake, and in my house you shall be friendly lodged. Look that you take upon you as you should. You understand me, sir. So shall you stay ... If this be courtesy, sir, accept of it.
  • (Aside) As much as an apple doth an oyster, and all one.
  • Katherine, I charge thee, tell these headstrong women what duty they do owe their lords and husbands.
  • Lucentio: The wisdom of your duty, fair Bianca, hath cost me 100 crowns... Bianca: The more fool you for laying on my duty.
  • I am ashamed that women are so simple to offer war where they should kneel for peace...
  • Come, come, you're mocking. We will have no telling.
  • Hello Mrs. O'Neale. This isn't part of the play but I had an extra box that I couldn't get rid of. This is the end of my comedic strip. Goodbye :)
